Brewing Bad nasce nel 2012 come uno dei tanti blog che si trovano in rete: racconti di cotte, assaggi di birre, banalità varie. Un semplice diario senza particolari pretese. Ben presto però un simpatico hobby è diventato una grande passione. Anche il blog si è pian piano trasformato in un vero e proprio strumento di ricerca e approfondimento utile non solo a me, ma anche ai tanti homebrewers che hanno iniziato a leggerlo con assiduità e partecipazione. Purtroppo, navigare un blog alla ricerca di informazioni utili è tutt'altro che immediato. Ho pensato allora che valesse la pena rivedere alcuni post e raccoglierli in una forma più strutturata.
