The generous input and support from the tools potential users and other stakeholders resulted in high levels of international cooperation. The tools have benefited from the willingness of researchers, stakeholder-engagement specialists and others to describe the challenges they have encountered while attempting to engage their stakeholders ¿ and the ways they overcame these challenges. Key insights were also gained from visits to research sites in Africa and other parts of the globe, including Europe and America.
