Le savoir et l'éducation sont nécessaires, mais ne protègent pas ; la réflexion (personnelle) et la compétence socioculturelle ainsi que l'expérience éducative autonome avec des conditions cadres de soutien sont indispensables. Une connaissance du conflit au Proche-Orient et de la géographie d'Israël est essentielle.

Für eine Fachdidaktik unter besonderer Berücksichtigung historisch-politischer Bildung stellen sich aktuelle Herausforderungen in der Antisemitismusprävention, weil neben theoretischen, historischen, sozio-kulturellen und kritische Beschreibungen aufzuzeigen sind. Wissen und Bildung sind notwendig, aber schützen nicht, (Selbst) Reflexion und soziokulturelle Kompetenz sowie eigenständige Bildungserfahrung mit unterstützenden Rahmenbedingungen sind unverzichtbar. Wesentlich ist eine Kenntnis des Nahost-Konflikts und der Landeskunde Israels.

In an era of the consequences of migration and interculturality in their diversity, aspects of post-migration become important for considerations in political education, which is primarily concerned with the triad of policy, politics and polity. The study, as an approach to a social development, deals with central elements of a development that finds interest and meaning in political elements of the current legal situation, the learning field of politics - political education, intercultural competence - interculturality, political economy, ecology, sustainability, inclusion, future-oriented education and culture - religion, thematically and in terms of specialist literature, based on the author's many years of work as a political educator in adult education, primarily out of personal interest. It is about social design processes with similarities in Germany, Austria and Europe.

Numa era de consequências da migração e da interculturalidade na sua diversidade, os aspectos da pós-migração tornam-se importantes para considerações na educação política, que se preocupa principalmente com a tríade da política, da política e da polity. Die Studie, als Annäherung an eine gesellschaftliche Entwicklung, beschäftigt sich thematisch und fachliterarisch exemplarisch aus der langen Tätigkeit des Autors als politischer Bildner in der Erwachsenenbildung, vorrangig aus persönlichem Interesse, mit zentralen Elementen einer Entwicklung, die Interesse und Bedeutung in politischen Elementen der aktuellen Rechtslage, dem Lernfeld Politik ¿ Politische Bildung, interkultureller Kompetenz - Interkulturalität, politischer Ökonomie, Ökologie, Nachhaltigkeit, Inklusion, zukunftsfähiger Bildung und Kultur - Religion findet. Es geht um gesellschaftliche Gestaltungsprozesse mit Ähnlichkeiten in Deutschland, Österreich und in Europa.

Les organisations éducatives sont concernées par des tâches de développement, car elles doivent proposer et développer des prestations éducatives adaptées aux groupes cibles. Les différents domaines de l'éducation et les institutions doivent s'adapter aux changements. Les enseignants et les apprenants sont des acteurs des processus éducatifs et doivent pouvoir agir avec succès. La gestion de l'éducation doit répondre à ces défis et aux changements. En tant que jeune branche dans le domaine de l'éducation, des tâches apparaissent dans les processus d'apprentissage, au niveau de l'organisation et de la professionnalisation des enseignants et des administrateurs. On assiste à une combinaison de concepts pédagogiques et économiques. Les deux éléments doivent être équilibrés et donner lieu à des solutions viables. La réflexion est nécessaire pour développer des solutions de conception.

Educational organizations are affected by development tasks because they have to offer and develop educational services in line with the needs of their target groups. The various educational sectors and institutions have to respond to changes. Teachers and learners are actors in educational processes and should be able to act successfully. Education management has to respond to these challenges and changes. As a young branch in the education sector, tasks arise from learning processes, on an organizational level and in the professionalization of teachers and administrators. There is a combination of pedagogical and economic concepts. Both elements should be balanced and result in viable solutions. Reflection is necessary for the development of design solutions.

The area of agricultural policy using Austria as an example includes framework conditions and phases, actors and changes in policy content in EU policy. In this context, the industrialization of agriculture with the pursuit of profit and the pressure to rationalize affects agricultural structures that damage soil, air and water. There is sometimes a lack of knowledge about the effects of use. Ecological aspects must be presented in the context of political education. The consequences of landscape impoverishment require a rethink in the interests of people and the environment. An important part of the function of agricultural policy concerns the national and international food supply of the population. Another aspect concerns the development of rural areas. For civic education in the implementation of teaching, the dimension of global learning arises as an element of the development of a European economic area.

Le domaine de la politique agricole, à l'exemple de l'Autriche, comprend les conditions générales et les phases, les acteurs et les modifications des contenus politiques dans la politique de l'UE. Dans ce contexte, l'industrialisation de l'agriculture avec la recherche du profit et la pression de la rationalisation concerne les structures agricoles qui nuisent au sol, à l'air et à l'eau. Il manque parfois des connaissances sur les conséquences de l'exploitation. Les aspects écologiques doivent être présentés dans le contexte d'une éducation politique. Les conséquences d'un appauvrissement du paysage exigent un changement de mentalité dans l'intérêt de l'homme et de l'environnement. Une partie importante d'une fonction de la politique agricole concerne l'approvisionnement alimentaire national et international de la population. Un autre aspect concerne le développement des zones rurales. Pour l'éducation politique dans la mise en ¿uvre de l'enseignement, il en résulte la dimension de l'apprentissage global comme élément d'un développement d'un espace économique européen.

The selection and arrangement of the thematic blocks are the result of professional socialization and personal focus, which result from the respective interest and work situations. The basis of the state of knowledge is media studies, practical journalism, the connection between media and politics as political education, IT network management and media education. Until the 1990s, the conditions of a modern media society were treated rather casually. The book is intended as a summary of personal public relations work in the press, networking and publishing activities.

L'étude se justifie par l'actualité de la thématique et la nécessité de mettre en place des mesures de promotion dans le domaine des ressources humaines. Pour l'auteur, sa formation et sa biographie professionnelle sont décisives pour aborder l'étendue du sujet. La partie I examine les principes du développement général du personnel et de la promotion de la mobilité, la partie II considère en complément le niveau des cadres, en particulier dans le domaine de la formation et par analogie dans d'autres domaines, sous l'aspect d'un apprentissage tout au long de la vie comme nécessité d'un développement socio-économique et socioculturel. Il s'agit essentiellement de changements dans les orientations stratégiques, les rôles du personnel, les structures organisationnelles et les processus de performance.

Lo studio è giustificato dall'attualità dell'argomento e dalla necessità di adottare misure per promuovere la gestione delle risorse umane. Per l'autore, la sua biografia formativa e professionale è decisiva per affrontare l'ampiezza dell'area tematica. La Parte I esamina i principi dello sviluppo generale del personale e della promozione della mobilità, mentre la Parte II getta uno sguardo complementare a livello gestionale, in particolare nel settore dell'istruzione e analogamente in altri ambiti, dalla prospettiva dell'apprendimento permanente come necessità per lo sviluppo socio-economico e socio-culturale. Si tratta essenzialmente di cambiamenti nell'orientamento strategico, nei ruoli del personale, nelle strutture organizzative e nei processi di performance.

The study is justified by the topicality of the subject and the need to take measures to promote human resources management. For the author, his educational and professional biography are decisive in dealing with the breadth of the subject area. Part I looks at the principles of general personnel development and mobility promotion, while Part II takes a complementary look at the management level, particularly in the education sector and analogously in other areas, from the perspective of lifelong learning as a necessity for socio-economic and socio-cultural development. Essentially, it deals with changes in strategic orientation, personnel roles, organizational structures and performance processes.

Der Bereich der Agrarpolitik am Beispiel Österreich umfasst Rahmenbedingungen und Phasen, Akteure und Veränderungen der Politikinhalte in der EU-Politik. In diesem Zusammenhang betrifft die Industrialisierung der Landwirtschaft mit Profitstreben und einem Rationalisierungsdruck landwirtschaftliche Strukturen, die Boden, Luft und Wasser schädigen. Mitunter fehlt es an Wissen an Auswirkungen in einer Nutzung. Ökologische Aspekte sind im Kontext einer Politischen Bildung darzustellen. Die Folgen einer Landschaftsverarmung erfordern ein Umdenken im Interesse der Menschen und Umwelt. Ein wichtiger Teil einer Funktion der Agrarpolitik betrifft die nationale und internationale Nahrungsmittelversorgung der Bevölkerung. Ein weiterer Aspekt betrifft die Entwicklung des ländlichen Raumes. Für die Politische Bildung in der Umsetzung der Lehre ergibt sich die Dimension des Globalen Lernens als Element einer Entwicklung eines europäischen Wirtschaftraumes.

Nach vielen Jahren Presse- und Publikationstätigkeit und Jahren IT-gestützter Netzwerkarbeit soll ein Blick zurück und vor geworfen werden. Es versteht sich von selbst, dass laufend Überlegungen zu einer Medienarbeit angestellt werden müssen. Mit Digitalisierung wird Lernen-Lehren-Lebenswelt und kulturelle Vielfalt umschrieben. Die Auswahl und Anordnung der Themenblöcke ergeben sich aus der beruflichen Sozialisation und persönlicher Schwerpunktbildung, die sich aus den jeweiligen Interessens- und Arbeitssituationen ergaben. Basis des Erkenntnisstandes ist die Medienkunde, der praktische Journalismus, die Verbindung von Medien und Politik als Politische Bildung, ein IT-Netzwerkmanagement und Medienbildung. Bis in die neunziger Jahre wurden Bedingungen einer modernen Mediengesellschaft eher beiläufig behandelt. Das Buch versteht sich als Zusammenfassung einer persönlichen Öffentlichkeitsarbeit in Presse, Netzwerk- und Publikationstätigkeit.

Die Studie findet ihre Begründung in der Aktualität der Thematik und der Notwendigkeit, Maßnahmen einer Förderung im Personalwesen zu setzen. Für den Autor entscheidend sind, seine Ausbildungs- und Berufsbiographie, sich mit der Breite des Themenfeldes auseinanderzusetzen. Teil I betrachtet Grundsätze der Allgemeinen Personalentwicklung und Mobilitätsförderung, Teil II betrachtet ergänzend die Führungskräfteebene, besonders im Bildungsbereich und analog anderer Bereiche, unter dem Aspekt eines lebensbegleitenden Lernens als Notwendigkeit einer sozioökonomischen und soziokulturellen Weiterentwicklung. Im Wesentlichen geht es um Veränderungen von strategischen Ausrichtungen, Rollen des Personals, Organisationsstrukturen und Leistungsprozessen.

Different forms of media representations of violence are dealt with, which illustrate that violence in the media is integrated into a specific film, video and television plot and can perform different functions. A violent film will be analyzed as an example. A precise film analysis is essential for an ethical evaluation of the content, as this is the only way to recognize narrative structures and individual characters in their actions. The effect of violent films/media and the legitimacy of violence in films as well as the function of media education will be discussed. The study is based on the author's involvement with media education in the context of political education and his participation in the "Ecumenical Decade to Overcome Violence 2001-2010".

Additional theological education (ecumenism) and civic education (diaconal learning) - faith and action - in connection with intercultural competence enrich ecumenical thinking in the context of cultural-religious competence. Ecumenism and diakonia can be described as a journey. The way is the goal. When people of the same conviction unite, a reflected community of the way emerges. Action demands willingness, empathy and acceptance of the other. More recently, there has been a rediscovery of leading figures in Christianity and an increasing involvement in diaconal activities with the need in education.
