For a specialized didactics of political education, special challenges arise in the prevention of anti-Semitism, because theoretical descriptions are supposed to show a recognition, fading out or criticism. What is sought and missed is a solution to the prevention of resentment. Neither knowledge nor education protects against it. One approach points to the importance of (self-) reflection, the context to knowledge is indispensable. Prerequisites and challenges for educational experiences, framework conditions and externally determined conditions with the possibility of independent educational experiences are to be discussed.
The starting point for the considerations following the book project "School Development 1" on an organizational development is an innovation push of an educational institution to ensure a smooth and necessary transition. The pressure to innovate requires further development in a plural society, whereby knowledge management is of particular importance. In this context, the school is spoken of as a "learning organization". The study attempts to provide answers for an ideal-typical sequence of an organizational development process.
The topic needs a longer learning and teaching process in the intercultural - religious area and expands by the meaning of religion in the socio - cultural area in political education. The starting point of the considerations is first of all the year 2017 with the many activities on the meaning of the Reformation. The interest in content results from the 1st Ecumenical - Course of the Cardinal König - Academy Vienna and the Political Education in a plural society. The impact of the Reformation thought in history and public, the worldwide spread of the denominational family and culture are of interest.
