If you have picked this book up you are most certainly aware of the power your prayers have in the lives of your children. This book contains 21 prayers that are guided yet leave room for personal entry as well. I chose to start with 21 prayers because it is said that 21 days of a repeated action creates a habit. I want to help to create a habit in your home of prayer. I want to encourage you with the following prayers to keep in mind your childs future. Not just whatever you are dealing with today, though that is important as well. But pray over their entire lives. You have a short window of time before your child is an adult and living independently from you. There are only 938 weeks from birth to that magical number 18. Can you imagine that? 18 years sounds like a long time right? That time will fly. Leading your child to love Christ and follow His word is your God given duty and obligation. Do it well.
