This book is about the cold hard facts of life. Bringing to existence reality through poetry. These poems are survival tools that supported me throughout life's hardships. They are about the love, heartache, loss and struggles that I have experienced. Sharing what I went through has helped me heal, my hope is that others will feel as though they are not alone in their struggle. When you read these poems, if anything enjoy them in the spirit in which they were intended.

This book is a compilation of poems that I wrote over my lifetime. Writing these poems was a survival tool for me, I hope they speak to you, I hope they inspire you and I hope they bring you a sense of peace as they are meant to do so. This book is filled with a full range of emotions on the many experiences I have had in my life.
