It is the year 2,300. After the near destruction of the planet by the rule of men, it is the Age of Women who rule over a planet returned to its natural state, a planet free of war, consumerism and pollution. However, in order to maintain their world women have stripped men of all power and keep them only for insemination and physical pleasure. Romantic love is has been banished to the archives of history. Yet, there are women like Tara who yearn for something else only to find themselves torn between the seemingly Utopian world they rule over and a return to a world of the past, a world where the balance of power between men and women is both dangerous and uncertain. This is a story full of mystery, history, sensuality and humor. But, most of all, it is a story that will challenge the reader's beliefs about contemporary issues about relationships and the ultimate question of what we will tell our children about the nature of men and women. Each reader will find themselves hating or loving the characters and their choices but in the end, they will have to ask, "Which world would I choose?"
Over the years losing eight members of her family in tragic accidents the author turned to her Lord Jesus Christ for help and guidance many times. These losses were children, grandchildren and husbands. Through all of this she found peace and became even closer to the Lord. "He gives you insight to see things in a different light".Writing about her thoughts and feelings eventually turned into the Poetry Book, "Words.""God doesn''t give usWhat we can handleHe helps us handle What we are given."
