While most Strategic Planning books are designed for corporations or organizations, this book is specifically for individuals and small businesses. It takes a "coach" approach to help you (1) determine the values most important to you; (2) set targeted, focused, balanced goals; and (3) achieve outstanding results based on your personal definition of success. This book is a collection of the three volumes in the Strategic Goal Planning series available through Amazon Kindle and takes you through the entire process from beginning to end. In Part 1 - Determining Your Core Values, we begin by identifying and prioritizing what is most important to you- your Core Values. In Part 2 - Creating Targeted Goals, we use specific questions to think about the past and begin to plan for the future. You;ll look for patterns of success and areas that have been neglected. You'll create a plan for where to put your attention and how to best create the results that move you forward along your desired goal path. In Part 3 - Your Focused One Page Plan, you'll create a more linear plan that lists the key factors and strategies you'll need to pay attention to.
