It's time for change. It's time for action. It's time to release the weight once and for all. That was my mindset last year. I weighed 239 pounds and had about a 40 inch waist. I knew that I needed to release the weight. I've always been active but I had a hard time getting my exercise and nutrition dialed in at the same time. I knew what to do but my mindset wasn't where it needed to be.One of the things that helped me successfully release 20 pounds and keep it off for almost a year was changing my thinking. I needed to flood my mind with positive thoughts.I needed to remind myself that I could and would be successful releasing the weight once and for all. I was able to improve my health and fitness. I want you to be able to do the same thing.I'm not saying that mindset is the only thing you will have to do to release the weight. Obviously, you will need to eat better and exercise.
