Im Anschluss daran werden zunächst die politischen Bestrebungen der jüngeren Zeit dargestellt und diskutiert, bevor der weiterhin vorherrschende, eklatante Fachkräftemangel in der Pflege näher beleuchtet wird. Nachfolgend beschäftigt sich diese Arbeit mit Lösungsansätzen zur systemischen Verbesserung dieses in der Öffentlichkeit omnipräsenten Brennpunktthemas.
