Como revisor oficial de contas e diretor de uma empresa há cerca de vinte anos, sempre tive de enfrentar este problema no final de cada exercício. Desta vez, decidi enfrentar o regulamento para expor as suas limitações. O objetivo é abanar este regulamento. Entretanto, proponho um método alternativo que ainda pode ser melhorado.o método proposto baseia-se numa crítica aos métodos recomendados pelo plano geral de contabilidade. este método não reflecte uma visão verdadeira e justa da atividade agrícola. o desafio consiste em encontrar um método que atribua todas as despesas incorridas de acordo com critérios objectivos e razoáveis. o problema dos regulamentos em vigor é que atribuem todas as despesas como adiantamentos às culturas em armazém. o que acontece com as culturas vendidas antes do final do exercício?

Having qualified as a chartered accountant and run my own firm for some twenty years, I've always had to deal with this problem at every financial year-end. This time, I've decided to face up to the regulations and expose their limitations. The aim is to shake up these regulations. In the meantime, I'm proposing an alternative method that can still be perfected.the proposed method is based on criticism of the methods recommended by the general chart of accounts. this method does not reflect the true image of the farming business. the challenge is to find a method that allocates all expenses incurred according to objective and reasonable criteria. the problem with current regulations is that they allocate all expenses as advances to crops in stock. what about crops sold before the close of the financial year?

Come commercialista e direttore di uno studio da circa vent'anni, ho sempre dovuto affrontare questo problema alla fine di ogni esercizio. Questa volta ho deciso di affrontare la normativa per metterne in luce i limiti. L'obiettivo è quello di dare una scossa a questi regolamenti. Nel frattempo, propongo un metodo alternativo che è ancora migliorabile.Il metodo proposto si basa su una critica ai metodi raccomandati dal piano contabile generale. questo metodo non riflette una visione reale ed equa dell'azienda agricola. la sfida è trovare un metodo che imputi tutte le spese sostenute secondo criteri oggettivi e ragionevoli. il problema dei regolamenti in vigore è che imputano tutte le spese come anticipi alle colture in magazzino. che dire delle colture vendute prima della fine dell'esercizio?

Als diplomierter Wirtschaftsprüfer und Leiter einer Kanzlei seit etwa 20 Jahren bin ich bei jedem Abschluss eines Geschäftsjahres mit diesem Problem konfrontiert. Dieses Mal habe ich beschlossen, mich mit den Vorschriften auseinanderzusetzen, um ihre Grenzen aufzuzeigen. Das Ziel ist es, die Vorschriften zu erschüttern. In der Zwischenzeit schlage ich eine alternative Methode vor, die jedoch verbesserungsfähig bleibt.Die vorgeschlagene Methode beruht auf der Kritik an den Methoden des allgemeinen Kontenplans, die kein getreues Bild des landwirtschaftlichen Unternehmens widerspiegeln. Die Herausforderung besteht darin, eine Methode zu finden, die alle anfallenden Kosten nach objektiven und vernünftigen Kriterien aufschlüsselt.
