Be kind to all creatures. This is the true religion. It was 11th September, Tuesday, 2001. A normal day for me. I woke up early morning. I had breakfast and went to my school. I was in 6th grade in 2001 and was an average student. Inside my heart, I always prayed for less homework, but at the same time, I never went to school without preparing my work. How could, a son, like me go to school without preparing my work, whose father's first priority in the evening was to ask his son about his daily lessons and homework at school. But 11th September was not an ordinary day for me.

This booklet has two parts, its first covers the fundamental tools, shortcut keys, drawing 2D,3D images and text. It also illustrates the steps which are required to bring a cube shape or a circle shape or use the 3D prospect. The tracing image has also been explained in the booklet. Selecting a research topic is very critical for the journey of any Ph.D. and master's student. The research topic defines the future of the researcher. There are very few books that tell the researchers topic selection in simple words. Therefore, the aim of this book is to explore and identify the research areas in the era of, massive data availability, age of technology, age of disruption and rapid vicissitudes in implications of future research. The study is based on the assumption that the research progress continues due to developments in academia, industry, and society as a whole. Technology and socio-economic changes have evolved, societal, behavioral, emotional and mental aspects in the wheel of human life. These changes made the globalization ubiquitous in two phases. The first phase has blurred the cultural and national boundaries of the manufacturing industry. The entire research work was carried out in the Institute of Food Sciences and Technology, Sindh Agriculture University Tandojam, Pakistan during the year, 2013. The results indicated that the maximum total soluble solids (22.84 and 12.30), Titratable acidity (0.0148 and 0.0403), non reducing sugar (11.250), Ash (1.1144 and 1.9346) wes showed thet in variety giant in banana figs and chips, whereas, the variety dwarf was showed maximum pH (9.08 and 7.71), Vitamin C content (10.75 and 7.18 mg/100g), total sugar (17.95 and 12.81), reducing sugar (11.27 and 7.11). However, the maximum (29.45%) moisture content was observed in variety dwarf in banana figs whereas, the maximum (14.16%) moisture content was observed in variety giant in banana chips. On other hand the maximum (24.48°Brix) total soluble solids was showed that the bnana figs prepared after 90 days whereas, the maximum (17.21 mg/100gm) vitamin C was observed banana figs prepared after 0 days. However, the maximum (0.0258%) titratable acidity (%) was showed that the banana chips prepared after 0 days.
