Doch behinderte Menschen sind vorrangig in Sondereinrichtungen sichtbar. Sie stellen für viele Menschen einen geschlossenen Lebensraum dar, der jeden Moment in ihrem Alltag begleitet und bestimmt. Vom Wohnen und Leben in einer betreuten Wohneinrichtung, dem Arbeiten in Werkstätten oder Tagesförderstätten und der institutionalisierten Freizeitgestaltung, bis hin zu vollständig organisierten Ferienreisen und Fortbildungen zur Alltagsbewältigung wie Liebe und Beziehung oder Kochen. So ist es keine Seltenheit, dass ein einziger sozialer Träger jeden Lebensbereich einer behinderten Person ausfüllt, gestaltet und prägt. Dabei ist es folgerichtig, dass die Mitarbeitenden im Leben der Menschen oftmals zu den wichtigsten Bezugspersonen werden. Dies stellt eine enorme Verantwortung dar. Für die Mitarbeitende ist die Inklusion ihrer KlientInnen ihre berufliche Aufgabe und stellt die Handlungsnorm jeglicher pädagogischen Maßnahme dar. Umgekehrt bedeutet Inklusion für die KlientInnen einen Handlungsrahmen und Erwartungshorizont, welcher Einfluss auf alle Lebensbereiche nimmt. Dabei wird in dieser Arbeit die konkrete Forschungsfrage gestellt: Wie wirkt sich die Handlungsnorm der Inklusion auf die Arbeit der Alltagsassistenz im Feld der Sondereinrichtungen, am Beispiel einer Tagesförderstätte für behinderte Menschen aus? Aus den Beobachtungen im Arbeitsalltag einer Tagesförderstätte in Hamburg geht die Hypothese hervor: Die sozialen Beziehungen zwischen MitarbeiterInnen und KlientInnen sind geprägt von Machtasymetrien, welche in der täglichen Praxis reproduziert werden. Für die Beantwortung der Forschungsfrage wird im Anschluss an den aktuellen Forschungsstand eine begriffliche Einordnung der Konzepte Behinderung und Inklusion vorgenommen. Im Anschluss daran wird die Verwendung der autoethnografischen Methode begründet und die eigene Rolle offengelegt. Das darauffolgende Kapitel geht über in die Beschreibung des Feldes: der Tagesförderstelle unter dem Träger Leben mit Behinderung Hamburg. Die darauffolgend beschriebenen Beobachtungen werden mit Theorien von produktiver Arbeit und Disziplinarmacht im Kontext von Inklusion besprochen. Im Fazit wird die Forschungsfrage und die Hypothese noch einmal aufgegriffen und zusammenfassend in Anlehnung an die voran gegangene Analyse beantwortet.
