The entire world is spending billions to persuade men that they should be ashamed to be men rather than unerring artificial intelligence machines. However, they overlook the fact that only foolish and the dead are incapable of changing their views. Fools aren't going to do it and dead men are unable to do so. Man had all he needed to travel to the stars or anywhere else he chooses. He was unharmed. Man will never be able to be transformed into a robot. His humanity's basic mechanics were so intertwined with his being's structure that they could never be separated. However, they hadn't gotten very far. They had just pried open a small breach in a door that had remained irrationally shut since the dawn of time. They needed to know why that door had never been opened previously. And beyond it, there could be a thousand more that are just as carefully secured and guarded.
In order to find his friend Vishvesh Sudarshana, who had gone missing, Major organizes a mission to the ocean. They are transported to Swaraj Dweep by an Indian naval survey ship. The Major's company attempts to fly in a Jalayana over the mountain wall of Swaraj Dweep but are ambushed by a ferocious Sarp pakshi and forced to land. They find themselves in a world full with primitive warriors and extinct animals, all of which they must avoid in order to safely return to their ship. They encounter Maya, an English speaking cave girl. She takes them to the home of a warrior species that is imprisoning Vishvesh. Now, that they have located Vishvesh, they must quickly flee the land about to be devastated by an active volcano. The quest for the life takes the life of many heroes in order to cover their retreat.
