Hello dear readers,If you think of the Ruhr region or Münsterland, you can't get past food. I was born in Essen-City, in the middle of the Ruhrpott, and have lived in Lünen for many years now. Lünen is the gateway to Münsterland. Nothing is closer than writing about delicious, savoury and savoury dishes. Just when my grandma was my teacher. Grandma was cooking at a large restaurant in Essen-City at the time. This cookbook is divided into four parts. We start with hearty dishes from home. The second chapter is about salads (fish salads and party salads), the third part about hearty soups.
