Don't judge a book by its cover. 'It's Still Me!' is a simple picture book to demonstrate to children that what a person wears does not change who they are on the inside. If a person is kind, caring, and respectful, that does not change with the material they choose to put on their body. Let's empower children to be themselves by building their confidence as they explore their imaginative and creative sides.

'Always Look Up' is a children's book intended to promote emotional and self-regulation by strengthening a child's emotional vocabulary, as well as calming their mind and body in the moment through deep breathing and exposure to nature. My hope is to inspire children (and adults) to spend more time in nature, appreciating the beauty and healing it can provide. The book can be used with a wide age range of children, as it can be used in various ways to expand on conversations and experiences - it all depends on how you choose to use the book. There are additional breathing techniques / calming activities available at the end.

Grief and loss can be difficult for adults to understand, let alone children, and when we are overwhelmed by it, it can be challenging to explain it to a child. 'Resting In The Winter Garden' can lend a helping hand in that process and hopefully provide some peace of mind for the child and for you as well. The idea for this book came to me in a dream after losing my Grandmother. In the dream I was walking through a rose garden and came to a bed under the stars, dressed in white, and resting on that bed was my Grandmother. That dream filled me with a sense of peace. Her favourite season was Winter and her ashes were scattered in the "Winter Garden" at a cemetery, so that is where the title comes from.
