This book completes the history of the Matthew Bible that was begun in Part 1, "The Story of the Matthew Bible: That Which We First Received." This summation is a complete vindication of that great Bible of the Reformation. Davis's definitive account of the making of the Matthew Bible, which was compiled and published in Antwerp by John Rogers in 1537.
