GITAGUNJANShrimadbhagvad Gita needs no introduction or words of praise. It teaches and encourages us to live our life with purity, strength, honesty, discipline, kindness and integrity. It teaches us about Ishwara, Jiva, Prakriti, Kaal and Karma and how these are the basic five main parts of our life. However, being written in Sanskrit, it has not been able to reach the mass. Only people who know how to read Sanskrit can read and understand and hence, most of us have been unable to delve this treasure chest. Many learned person have tried to translate it various languages and are still continuing to do so. You might wonder, why yet another translation ? In our country The Ramayana by Tulsidas is most read due to its easy to understand language and its musicality. While writing Geeta Gunjan, this is the exact emotion and idea that has been incorporated so that it becomes easy to recite and understand. When a topic is understood it is more easily accepted, practiced and passed on.---'Shunya'
