Modern complex multi-domain systems require increased efficiency, reliability, and availability combined with reduced cost. This book contains papers on mathematical modeling and simulation of processes in various areas: ecology and the environment, production and energy, information technology, samples of special-purpose equipment, and cyber-physical systems. The monograph is the result of a long time researching of modernization features of regional economic space in terms of Eurointegration and decentralization of governmental authority. Theoretical aspects are investigated and the methodological approaches for estimation the modernization of productive forces of regions are proposed. The functional model of agroindustrial cluster is offered within the framework of research of modernization aspects of the spatial organization of economic systems in modern conditions. European experience of influence of executive authorities on the processes of complex territorial development is analyzed. The model of identification points to infrastructure growth on the basis of unique characteristics of the region is formed, and emphasizes the importance of development of transport and logistic and information-communication components of infrastructure in the conditions of globalizing tendencies.
