The Rhizosphere is the most important soil part affecting plant growth and development. Large chemical compounds are exudate from the plant roots to this part of the soil by which affecting the nutrient status in both plant and soil. Divers kinds of fauna, flora and microorganisms are live in soil and have direct or indirect effects on the surrounding environment. There is a close relationship between plants and soil living organisms mostly governed by root exudates. Plant kinds have their own strategies for nutrient acquisition and defer from one plant group to another. This simple book focused on the rhizosphere concept, quantity and nature of chemical compounds released by plants roots and the mutual relations among soil components that have an important role in plant nutrition. Besides, root-soil, root-microorganisms, root-root and root-soil-fauna interaction were discussed in some of the detail. We hope that this book will serve the readers to improve their knowledge about what is happening in underground parts of the plant.
