Questo libro si propone di esplorare le percezioni di pazienti e infermieri riguardo alle pratiche di Educazione alla Salute all'interno della Rete Nazionale per la Continuità Assistenziale Integrata. La riabilitazione è vista come un'opportunità per far tornare tutto come prima. Gli infermieri, di fronte a questa situazione, sono chiamati ad assistere il paziente durante tutto il processo e a fungere da catalizzatori della motivazione. La predominanza del paradigma patogeno tra i pazienti è stata evidente; riteniamo che questo atteggiamento passivo e sottomesso della maggior parte dei pazienti sia il risultato del modello biomedico e della pedagogia bancaria di cui sono impregnate alcune istituzioni, i professionisti, i cittadini e la comunità in generale. D'altro canto, abbiamo riscontrato che gli infermieri enfatizzano il modello biopsicosociale come linea guida per le loro pratiche, attribuendo aspetti psicologici e sociali alle cause e all'evoluzione delle malattie, mettendo in relazione gli aspetti psicologici con l'adesione al regime terapeutico. Questo libro si rivolge ai professionisti della salute in generale, cercando di contribuire alla definizione di linee guida nel campo dell'Educazione alla Salute.

This book aims to explore the perceptions of patients and nurses regarding Health Education practices within the National Network for Integrated Continuing Care. Rehabilitation is seen as an opportunity for everything to go back to the way it was. Nurses, faced with this situation, are called upon to assist the patient throughout the process and to act as catalysts for motivation. The predominance of the pathogenic paradigm among patients was evident; we believe that this passive and submissive stance of most patients is the result of the Biomedical Model and the banking pedagogy impregnated in some institutions, professionals, citizens and the community in general. On the other hand, we found that nurses emphasise the biopsychosocial model as a guideline for their practices, attributing psychological and social aspects to the causes and evolution of illnesses, relating psychological aspects to adherence to the therapeutic regime. This book is aimed at health professionals in general, seeking to contribute to the definition of guidelines in the field of Health Education.

Cet ouvrage a pour but d'explorer les perceptions des patients et des infirmières concernant les pratiques d'éducation à la santé au sein du réseau national pour les soins continus intégrés. La réadaptation est perçue comme une opportunité pour que tout redevienne comme avant. Les infirmières, confrontées à cette situation, sont appelées à assister le patient tout au long du processus et à agir comme des catalyseurs de motivation. La prédominance du paradigme pathogène chez les patients était évidente; nous pensons que cette position passive et soumise de la plupart des patients est le résultat du modèle biomédical et de la pédagogie bancaire imprégnés dans certaines institutions, chez les professionnels, chez les citoyens et dans la communauté en général. D'autre part, nous avons constaté que les infirmières mettent l'accent sur le modèle biopsychosocial comme ligne directrice de leurs pratiques, attribuant les aspects psychologiques et sociaux aux causes et à l'évolution des maladies, reliant les aspects psychologiques à l'adhésion au régime thérapeutique. Ce livre s'adresse aux professionnels de la santé en général, cherchant à contribuer à la définition de lignes directrices dans le domaine de l'éducation à la santé.

In diesem Buch werden die Wahrnehmungen von Patienten und Pflegekräften in Bezug auf die Praktiken der Gesundheitserziehung im Rahmen des Nationalen Netzes für integrierte kontinuierliche Pflege untersucht. Rehabilitation wird als eine Gelegenheit gesehen, alles wieder so zu machen, wie es vorher war. Krankenschwestern und -pfleger sind in dieser Situation aufgerufen, den Patienten während des gesamten Prozesses zu unterstützen und als Katalysatoren für die Motivation zu fungieren. Wir glauben, dass diese passive und unterwürfige Haltung der meisten Patienten das Ergebnis des biomedizinischen Modells und der Bankenpädagogik ist, die in einigen Institutionen, Fachleuten, Bürgern und der Gemeinschaft im Allgemeinen vorherrschen. Andererseits haben wir festgestellt, dass Krankenschwestern und -pfleger das biopsychosoziale Modell als Leitfaden für ihre Praxis nutzen, indem sie psychologische und soziale Aspekte mit den Ursachen und der Entwicklung von Krankheiten in Verbindung bringen und psychologische Aspekte mit der Einhaltung des therapeutischen Regimes in Verbindung bringen. Dieses Buch richtet sich an Fachkräfte des Gesundheitswesens im Allgemeinen und soll einen Beitrag zur Definition von Leitlinien im Bereich der Gesundheitserziehung leisten.

Esta obra pretende explorar as perceções dos doentes e enfermeiros relativamente às práticas de Educação para a Saúde no seio da Rede Nacional de Cuidados Continuados Integrados. Os enfermeiros, perante esta conjuntura, são chamados a assistirem o doente ao longo do processo e a configurarem-se como catalisadores da motivação. Evidenciou-se o predomínio do paradigma patogénico no seio dos doentes; consideramos que esta postura passiva e submissa da maioria dos doentes seja efeito do Modelo Biomédico aliado à pedagogia bancária impregnados em algumas instituições, profissionais, cidadãos e comunidade em geral. Por outro lado, verificamos que os enfermeiros realçam o modelo biopsicossocial como orientador das suas práticas, atribuindo aos aspetos psicológicos e sociais as causas e a evolução de doenças, relacionando os aspetos psicológicos com a adesão ao regime terapêutico. Este livro é direcionado para profissionais de saúde em geral, procurando contribuir para a definição de orientações no âmbito da Educação de Saúde.
