Both Sides.In my experience, I've been very lucky to have seen both sides of the natural and pharmaceutically enhanced healthcare industry. Improvements in my own personal health started over fifty years ago when I started training to be a physical training instructor in the army, there are reasons I'll not go into now that prevented me from continuing, but my interests and desires started there.I firmly believe that during my adult life I've been very fortunate to have participated in numerous sporting activities, some of which could be considered to be those associated with an adrenaline junkie attitude, skydiving, hang gliding, scuba diving, rock climbing and I'm a Pilot. In addition to these I've also been an active runner and a frequent gym member. This being the case I'm sure you can understand me attempting to stay healthy has always been very important to me, so, researching about healthy foods and natural supplements Has always been integral in my life.
Stefan Cairns was born in Liverpool, England in 1955, he has participated in many sporting activities, some of which may be perceived as extreme sports.Skydiving was a significant part of his life for many years, in fact Stefan has done almost 1,000 skydives and was part of the largest relative work formation in England in 1989.The 60 way was actually in the Guinness Book of Records between 1989 and 1997.He was also a hang glider pilot, scuba diver, rock climber, mountain biker and a pilot, these activities were all brought to a halt when Stefan was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2004.
Please note that this book is primarily based on my own personal experience and research, there are chapters and sections I talk about supplements and nutritional beverages that I personally use. While I am an expert on my personal body and how its been helped, I know nothing about my readers, so regardless of my academic qualifications, I am not suggesting or recommending anything to anyone.
My intention in writing this book is to help you to enjoy a healthier and less toxic life, and you will be motivated to act on my observations and make the adjustments for a permanent lifestyle change.At the very least, you will have some important additional information to better understand why you might not be as healthy as you would like when you end up eventually ignoring or only minimally following some of the most important guidelines in this book.The following observations are all based on my years working for and studying Dr.Hal Huggins who was the world leading authority in biological dentistry and body chemistry rebalancing.I must also point out that as I don't know anything about you, the reader, I am not making recommendations, these are just my observations from personal experience.The title is referring to my own personal circumstances, I'm not promoting or promising anything, just explaing who I am, when I was diagnosed with the horrendous disease, MS, and how I kicked it's butt out of the temple I call me, Stefan
