ERROR PERPETUATED is the second book in the Stella McMillan seven-book Series. The Series is broken into two trilogies, plus a final book. The story weaves its way from the present time back to Australia of 1867 and, in particular, to Victorian Victoria. Much of the story is set in Melbourne and in the State of Victoria at that time. The theme of past lives is prevalent as Paula drifts back to a previous lifetime, which she experienced in Australia while her physical body is undergoing surgery in a hospital on the Gold Coast in Australia as the new 21st. century looms. As a visiting American woman, she knows little of Australian history and she has a busy life of her own back in Las Vegas. While her physical body is fighting for life, she experiences all of the grief and the joy of this previous existence in Victorian Victoria. She does not understand why the people in the Victorian saga seem so familiar to her. She knows them all so well. There are three women who are involved in different roles as they interact with one man, Charles Lyndhurst. He is a wealthy ship owner and these three women, Louisa, Sylvia and Elizabeth, are bound to him in the roles that they play out in this earlier time-frame. As Paula watches these events taking place on the Murray River in northern Victoria where the paddle-steamers are plying their trade, she is puzzled, because the places appear familiar to her, yet she has not visited the township of Echuca in this lifetime. She watches the steam trains departing from the rail head at Echuca en route to Melbourne. She studies the white mansion where Louisa is taken after her arranged marriage to Charles. The familiarity of it all intrigues her. Her present life recedes in her consciousness as she concentrates her full attention on the story of Louisa and Charles. With Charles' involvement with Sylvia occupying much of his time, Louisa is left to her own devices. Her involvement with a young man, Phillip Carstairs, brings matters to a head between the warring couple. The third book in the Stella McMillan Series is entitled: ERA of UNDERSTANDING.

ERA of UNDERSTANDING is the third book in the Stella McMillan seven-book Series. It concludes the first trilogy, which followed the lives of Louisa, Sylvia, Elizabeth and Charles in Victorian Victoria, in Australia, from 1867 until the commencement of WW1 in 1914. Following on from the car accident that almost claimed her life in 1999, Paula reverts to an earlier lifetime in nineteenth century Australia. Here, she becomes the silent witness as she observes all of the events that happen in the lives of these Victorian Victorians at that time. She cannot understand why it all seems so familiar to her. She knows these people. They were around her in that previous lifetime as they are around her now as the twenty-first century looms on her horizon. Paula drifts between realities as her physical body fights for life in a hospital on the Gold Coast in Australia. Her current life in Los Angeles, with her husband and her young son, have slipped from her consciousness while she regresses to this earlier time-frame in a country that is foreign to her now. Oblivious to her own predicament and to her present life in America, she remains transfixed as she views from afar the lives of these women as they interact with the one man, Charles Lyndhurst, a wealthy ship-owner. She watches the young Louisa as she battles to remain her own person as Charles attempts to bend her to his will. Paula knows the pain and the love that Sylvia experiences in her relationship with Charles. And, with Elizabeth, she knows the deep love of a mother for her child. These events play out to their final conclusion in this male-dominated Victorian society. However, Paula cannot drift forever in this safe, surreal world where she chose to linger after the accident. For the moment, she is content to focus her undivided attention on these Victorian Victorians, thereby delaying her own inevitable moment-of-truth for just a little longer. Eventually, she will be forced to face up to her own needs and circumstances. This is Paula's dilemma now. In that earlier period, Paula observes Louisa as she fights valiantly against all of the restrictions that are forced upon her in her arranged marriage to Charles. Sylvia's relationship with Charles is a long-standing one and her love for him is all-consuming, despite her recent marriage to another man. Her new husband takes her to his hometown of Charleston, South Carolina, but her home is calling her back to Melbourne. Elizabeth, with assistance from her son, Charles, manages to escape her imprisonment on a rural property and she returns to her English home. Eventually, she comes back to her family in Melbourne as tragedy strikes there. Paula knows them all oh-so-well!

From her surreal world and as the silent observer, Paula watches in fascination as the events that occurred in the State of Victoria, in Australia, play out to their final conclusion. She knows these Victorian Victorians oh-so-well. She does not understand at a conscious level why this should be so. After all, she has a busy life of her own back in Los Angeles as the new twenty-first century approaches. She knows little of Australia, or of its nineteenth century history. Book Four of this seven-book Series finds Paula taking a journey to Australia and, in particular, to the Gold Coast while on a frantic search for her missing sister. Along the way, she meets Lachlan Jefferson. She becomes involved with him when he requires her skills as a croupier. He needs her help to defeat a confidence trickster who has Lachlan marked as his next victim. The actions that they take have fatal consequences when they set up a gambling event to turn the tables on the fraudster. What is puzzling to Paula is the fact that she knows these people, yet she has never met them in this lifetime. However, she recognises them from the Victorian era, which she viewed in detail from her detached reality of the Gold Coast Hospital. This was when she was recovering in the two-bed ward following a fatal accident on then Gold Coast. In this setting, she studies the child who is attempting to take Paula on what seems to be a wild goose chase. Then, the medication appears to take a hold of her senses again. From there, she begins to focus her full consciousness on her American life, which she left behind her. This is where she drifts then, although it is to an earlier period of her life - back in Las Vegas, the city that she loves and to the casino where she works.

Paula, while on vacation from her home in Los Angeles, is preparing to celebrate her birthday at a luncheon on the Gold Coast in Australia. Her husband is aboard an aircraft, which is flying into Coolangatta Airport on a flight from Melbourne, and he plans to meet her at the rendezvous. The date is 10 September, 1999, However, a traumatic event occurs to alter their carefully-constructed plans. Instead, Paula finds herself in Victorian Victoria, on the banks of the mighty Murray River where the paddle-steamers are plying their trade while the time-frame is one hundred and thirty-two years earlier in Australian history. There, Paula encounters Louisa, Sylvia and Elizabeth, along with Charles Lyndhurst. Oblivious to her own predicament, Paula follows closely the dramas that affect the lives of these people in the State of Victoria in 1867. Queen Victoria is the reigning monarch and she sends her second son on a visit to the far-flung colonies of her empire. With the arrival of Prince Alfred, Duke of Edinburgh, on the first Royal Tour of the country, the citizens of Melbourne prepare to celebrate in style. As the Royal Tour progresses, the lives of Louisa and Charles are thrown into turmoil. Sylvia is left to ponder her future as her world collapses around her. Elizabeth watches the events that are unfolding within her family and, alarmingly, she witnesses history repeating itself before her eyes. With the arranged marriage between Louisa and Charles taking place, against the wishes of both parties, Elizabeth does not hold out much hope for a happy future for the couple. When the spirited, young Louisa meets the charming, devil-may-care Phillip Carstairs within weeks of her marriage to Charles, she falls in love with him. Their clandestine meetings are many and the plans that they make together have disastrous results for Louisa. At the same time, Charles is continuing his decade-long love affair with Sylvia while he demands total obedience from Louisa, who defies him every step of the way. In her twentieth-century world, Paula watches in fascination while wondering why this whole scenario appears very familiar to her. After all, she has a busy life of her own in the USA and she knows little about Australian history. As the new millennium is about to dawn in her real world, she knows that she should be focusing on her present life and her current family. Instead, she drifts in an out-of-body reality where the nurse, Gerard, appears. The nurse is guarded in the information that he releases to Paula when she questions him on what has occurred to bring her to this place and why she is all alone in the hospital setting. The familiarity of the scenes that are taking place with the Victorian Victorians are resonating with Paula as she fights for life in a hospital on the Gold Coast in a time-frame that is far removed from Victorian Victoria, and Melbourne in particular. Still, Paula stands watching, being but the silent observer to all that occurs in the lives of these people. It all seems oh-so-familiar!

When Paula left her home is Los Angeles in September, 1999, to visit the Gold Coast in Australia, she had no idea of the roller-coaster ride, on which she was about to embark, or of the can-of-worms that she was about to open.Thirteen years on from that fateful and tragic day, she reviews all that was revealed to her and all that she has come to accept as Truth within the pages of SUSPENSION - Between Two Realms - the seventh book in the Stella McMillan Series. This is a companion book to the two earlier trilogies and can be read alone or in conjunction with the other books of the series. In the first trilogy, Paula was involved in an accident that almost claimed her life. During an out-of-body excursion, she was the silent witness as she viewed a lifetime in nineteenth century Australia. The people and events were oh-so-familiar to her.In the second trilogy, she reviewed an earlier period of her present life before she was forced to face the reality of her current situation. While in a deep coma, she was offered a definite choice.Did she want to remain in physical form in this current lifetime?Or, did she wish to return on a permanent basis to the other realm, which she had been visiting since the accident while being accompanied by her Spirit Guide? This was her dilemma then as she fought for life in a hospital setting. With her return to physical life, she discovered that all that had been important to her previously was important no longer. This was when Paula embarked on a journey of self-discovery throughout the final two books of the second trilogy of this series. It was here that she regressed to an earlier lifetime in eighteenth century Scotland. As a result, she came face-to-face with an undeniable fact, which she did not wish to accept .Her husband in the Victorian lifetime, as well as her husband in the Scottish lifetime, was the same man who was her husband today, in the time-frame of the twenty-first century while living in their desert hideaway on the outskirts of Las Vegas in the United States of America. She resolved to embark on the almost impossible task of bringing him along with her on this spiritual journey of discovery. This was a daunting task with such a rational, logical man. Paula rose to the challenge.During this time, Paula visited regularly with her Spirit Guide in another realm that was vibrating at a fourth-dimensional frequency. She did so by crossing a suspension bridge that led to a coffee shop. Here, in the higher realm, she had many in-depth discussions with her Guide and, patiently, he explained many spiritual truths to her.She accepted the challenge to record a set of Discourses from her Guide. These covered many subjects relating to the state-of-play on Earth today, as well as giving understanding and enlightenment on other spiritual issues and truths. These inspired writings were given to her during her early morning meditation sessions. Are these Discourses fact, fiction, fantasy, prophetic messages or the writings of an over-active mind combined with a fertile imagination?SUSPENSION of all logical thought may be a prerequisite for those who are 'Open', 'Aware' and prepared to consider the implications of what is being revealed in the Discourses contained in: SUSPENSION - Between Two Realms - by Stella McMillan.
