Today, car parking is a major problem in developed overcrowded cities. Basically, there are lot of vehicles on the road and insufficient parking space. Therefore, a proficient parking management system is the best solution. Accordingly, we demonstrate the IoT based parking system that allows for efficient parking space utilization. To develop the system, IR sensors are used for checking parking slot availability along with a servo motors to simulate as gate opener motors. Blynk Platform was used for IOT management GUI design. This system reads the parking slots availability and updates data with the cloud server to let for checking parking slot availability online. This system helps users to confirm for accessible parking places online from anywhere and gain hassle free parking. The proposed Smart Parking system consists of an on-site deployment of an IoT module that is used to monitor and signalize the state of availability of each single parking space. A mobile application is also provided that allows an end user to check the availability of parking space and book a parking slot accordingly. This Book also describes a high-level view of the system architecture.

This book helps to dedicate an autonomous air quality monitoring system with trouble-free method of wireless sensor network. Pollutant gases may be detected with tiny, economical sensor nodes which are situated throughout the territory and operate autonomously on a supportive basis.The planned structure comprises a group of sensors (CO2, Temperature, Humidity, LDR and LPG) that are deployed within the environment using XBee module. In this system, we proposed two sensor nodes, the arduino UNO microcontroller for controlling the data, XBee for wireless communication and one gateway node. The sensor node collects the particular data from the environment and sends it wirelessly to the gateway node. The gateway node is interfaced to the LabVIEW by a VISA. All these data are displayed on the arduino serial monitor window and front panel of the LabVIEW.
