Gil Klanz is a sixteen-year-old in the asteroid belt. Hiding in garbage bins?An undercover teen space officer must recruit an Earth reporter to speak for the asteroid rebels. The greedy Belt Corporation is building warships near Earth. They want the asteroid for metals. In space they attack the Queen's home near Jupiter. Somehow the undercover teen officer Gil and Acting Queen Corolane, though separated by millions of kilometers, must deny Belt Corporation the ships, the Queen, the space station, and the asteroid. And what's wrong with fighting with garbage?
Spaceship Command? Space attacks? Command Jealousy? Secret identity? Too many enemy prisoners. Gil Klanz, must command a transport of war prisoners, two hundred corporate marines. They must be delivered to Earth. And Gil must visibly transport his secret identity too. And there are the secret fleets of enemy warships headed for Gil's home asteroid. Must he decide to doom his ship of hundreds. Or doom his home asteroid where thousands live? And there are other complications.
Gil Klanz changed his name but nothing will change about Gil's fight for what is right. Freedom and Independence need protecting, and others want freedom too.
