This book is a collection of research publications on aging adults. It starts with negative late life experiences including loneliness, inactivity, frailty, sleep problems, depression, suicidality, COVID isolation and early markers of neurodegenerative diseases like Parkinson's and Alzheimer's. Research on more positive experiences of late life follow including papers on online dating, exercise, massaging infants and centenarians.
This volume is a collection of review papers published with my students and colleagues on stressors that occurred for youth during COVID-19. These stressors are similar to those that were included in a previous volume called Adolescent Problems (xlibris, 2023), although COVID-19 seems to have exacerbated those problems.
