The Number Race was a fun story to design. Children learn to count from one to thirty. The Number Race is easy to read. This makes it easy to pick up where you left off. Going at your child's pace could not be any easier. The story is approximately 86 pages long. The illustrations are similar to one another so they do not distract your child from learning. The story is broken up into three stages. Each stage is by tens; 1st Stage 1-10, 2nd stage 11-20, and 3rd stage 21-30. After each stage, there is a table to help teach number recognition, number sequence, and odd and even numbers. The visual table helps to enhance your teaching.Book DetailsBook CoverThe book cover speaks to the Theme of the book. On the book cover, I included a racecar track and the racecars, which are throughout the book.DedicationThis dedication is to everyone who takes their time to teach the next generation. If it was not for family and friends who help support and guide our young to achieve higher levels of education, our world would not be a better place. Always remember to say thanks to our family and friends after they help you. A simple thanks goes a long way. Enjoy learning your numbers.CharacterI designed racecars that have eyes that represent the racecar drivers. The drivers compete against each other to advance their number.WritingThe writing voice is of a commentator, which helps to make the reading very exciting. Your child becomes part of the book while learning their numbers. This was a fun book to design.Book Review I would love to hear back from you on how well your child liked the Number Race. I love reviews! Have fun teaching.
