This book deals with the 4th-century Trinitarian controversy, which had a profound impact on negative theology. Eunomius claimed that we can know both the substance (ousia) and activities (energeiai) of God, whereas Cappadocians demonstrated the incomprehensibility of God's essence, and the possibility of knowing his external activities.
The presented analyses are focusing on three predominant theoretical approaches in the philosophy of science and technology: technoscience (STS), technology assessment (TA) and converging technologies (NBIC). On this base are extrapolated the coordinates of the heuristics of technosciences.
In a knowledge-based society education and technologies appear as the decisive driving-forces of the development. The considerations in this work extrapolate a multidisciplinary approach to the present conditions of education, focusing on concerns such as the significance of technological development and the moral agency of technologies in the field of education.
