I remember growing up sitting in Sunday School class.The teacher told the story of Joseph and gave us a coloring page of a coat. The coat was divided into three seperate spaces. I meticulously colored each space a different color. As I grew older I realize we all have in our lives that special coat. For some it is the coat of depression. The death angel was going to pass through Egypt that night and those that had the blood applied to their house was going to live. When the angel passed over there was a seperation take place. Those that had the blood applied lived and those that didn't their firsrtborn died.The blood covenant goes all the way back to Abraham. When God asked him to sacrifice his son Isaac, because of Abraham's obedience there was a ram caught in the thicket. That ram symbolized Jesus our passover lamb.
