UnCONventional is the ongoing story of the people who run fandom conventions. It focuses on Bork Con, which is your typical, regional Anime Convention held in a Northwestern Wisconsin college town. As we begin the final chapters of the comic, Bork Con has collapsed and the staff has been scattered. Sarah and Ruth end up joining Lynn on the Unagi Con staff, as Lynn tries to find a way to revive their old con.

Hayworth, Friday and the rest of the crew of the HMS Hummingbird are still on the run, framed for treason. They have thrown in with Samantha Von Taeliac's air pirate fleet, and are fitting in... mostly.
