This was a project I created a couple of years ago, it began as a way to manage my thought pattern and get a grip on my own mind. Over time, after making many mistakes and learning from them, I think I have a pretty good idea what works and what doesn't. All that time spend after falling off the cliff and into rock bottom wasn't a waste either, as long as I was able to get back up. And I did, bringing all this new found knowledge with me.
