This work proposes a system of actions for the preparation of 11th grade Mathematics teachers in the creation of Virtual Learning Objects, through the use of the Ardora tool. Among the most used research methods, the following stand out from the theoretical level: historical-logical, analysis-synthesis and induction-deduction; from the empirical level: survey, interview and specialists' criteria; and from the statistical-mathematical level, the percentage analysis was used. It is worth noting that only a small part of the total number of teachers surveyed recognized Virtual Learning Objects as a computer tool, demonstrating their limited preparation on the subject and their use in the Mathematics Teaching-Learning Process.
