This Recommendation provides cryptographic key management guidance. It consists of three parts. Part 1 provides general guidance and best practices for the management of cryptographic keying material. Part 2 provides guidance on policy and security planning requirements for U.S. government agencies. Finally, Part 3 provides guidance when using the cryptographic features of current systems.

Debut collection of poems from New Jersey native, William Barker, composed between 2007-2010. Many of the poems featured here were birthed during a transitional phase in the poet's life when he left behind his first post-college, "career" job to pursue the writer's life, following his own instincts and heart. William pulls no punches, tackling many of life's fears, cliches, emotions, and frustrations with a delicate eye. Within these pages lurks a beautiful pessimism accomplished through radiant language. A wide range of subjects are tackled including: a lost mentor, giant sequoia's, rain; poet Charles Bukowski, digital books, alcoholism; death, and the suicide of a woman on live television.

This collection of 24 poems written between 2010-2011 shows stylistic growth for Mr. Barker, but less cohesiveness when compared to his first full-length book 'Shards' that came out two years before. Subjects include: the suicides of John Berryman & Hart Crane, Impermanence, Jim Morrison & much more.

New chapbook of 24 poems from New Jersey poet, William Barker, written in 2012-2013, whose title is taken from a gorgeous piece of instrumental music by Blue Sky, Black Death. The title piece, a short poem of only three lines, became both a springboard and the heart of the collection, soon expanding into three separate poems dealing with childhood (a recurring theme across the 58 pages of this collection). Mr. Barker also talks about the loss of friendships, psychopaths, diagnosing one's own health using the internet, National Poetry Month, and Charles Bukowski, while also continuing his explorations into stream of consciousness poetry on a long poem entitled: Soft Landing. Mr. Barker's poems have appeared in Anthologies by: Silver Birch Press and Perpetual Motion Machine Publishing.
