Although this book was initially started to help anyone who is a manager or wants to become a manager, I found that anyone can find ways to benefit from applying Uncle Tony's tips. His advice is plain and simple, and always told with a lot of humor. If nothing else, I think you will find the book a lot of fun to read. As for Uncle Tony, he isn't a CEO of a large corporation, nor is he a famous management guru.
