This paper, entitled "Informality and its prevalence in farmer marketing in Puno 2020-2022", aims to understand and provide solutions to the informality that negatively affects economic growth, farmer productivity and social welfare (difficult to obtain credit). Although informality in the labour market has decreased in Peru over the last decade amid increased economic dynamism, it remains high, indicating the need to take measures to reduce informality and limit its harmful effects. In general, there is a need to improve the rules governing the functioning of the Peruvian labour market in order to eliminate the factors that hinder formal hiring. Based on the legal definition of informality, this article examines the general causes of this phenomenon, with a special focus on the informality of small farmers in Puno.

The present research work has the general objective of determining the role of credit management in customer acquisition, starting from the development of delinquency; the methods used are not experimentally relevant. The residents and sample are business consultants of Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Credicoop Arequipa, Agencia Puno 2017-2019. In the present research work, "Internal Control in the Management of Contract Works in the Provincial Municipality of Melgar - Ayaviri, periods 2020 - 2021, Its objective is to determine the influence of internal control in the management of contract works in the Municipality Provincial de Melgar - Ayaviri in the periods 2020 -2021, responding to why there are deficiencies, is that the provisions issued by the Comptroller General of the Republic are not complied with and present there are shortcomings in the application of Internal Control processes regarding the Contract Works Management, which is weakened and thus influencing the quality of the entity's performance.
