My book is prescriptive to process change, and it outlines strategic thinking about market competition. It is a vital tool for restaurant owners who wish to embark on a practical approach to achieve growth and branding of food. The book highlights areas for improvement that might work and what may not work and explains how to avoid setbacks and pitfalls in the restaurant business. It is about what to expect each step of the way, with suggestions for putting theory into practice so as to gain acceptance from the mainstream in the food industry. It is a narrative aimed at revolutionizing African food, weaving traditional cooking with contemporary remixes and infusions. An illustration of more effective approaches to helping achieve optimal dining experience, this book can really help ethnic minority food entrepreneurs, from pop-ups to restaurant owners, see things from a diner's perspective to understand what can be done to improve service provision. Other food outlets can use my book to address ongoing issues of central importance to food and nutrition. There is an underlying message encouraging food entrepreneurs and management to build successful food businesses, especially in this new era of constantly evolving tastes that require quick branding of African food. It addresses many challenges faced by these eateries at home and in diaspora. The discourse is about ongoing struggles to succeed and rank among the mainstream. Hopefully, my book will appeal to food businesses as a useful tool to target the market and audience, as well as eliminate setbacks and pitfalls. This book isn't about providing a solution to any of the problems facing restaurant owners; instead, it is what I will describe as a very useful tool to facilitate change.

About the book for short ("pitch")Review of thoughts on time through centuries since the ancient epoch. The physical reality permitted the characterization and definition of time. Discoveries of the unknown features of time and its speed. The existence of time fields reflects the temporal structure of space.New physical principles linked the properties of time with modeling dynamical systems and with their control design. Two novel mathematical theories of time relativity. They overcome all the problems, paradoxes, absurd and mistakes of Einstein's relativity theory.Abstract Discovery of unknown properties of time, of its speed and of the light speed rejects Einstein`s time relativity theory. The full physical characterization of time and of its properties, and of the physical sense of its relativity that is the basis for the novel mathematical relativity theory. Being free of Einstein's a priori accepted assumptions that are physically inacceptable, the new time and spatial coordinate, speed and velocity, acceleration, mass, force and energy transformations are essentially different in the general and in the special case from Lorentz' and from those induced by them. The physical sense of time relativity shows the existence of newly discovered time fields.New physical principles link the properties of time, with modeling physical processes and systems, and with synthesis and implementation of advanced control of dynamical systems.Refinements of the basic physics fundamentals and of the relativity theory fundamentals. New research avenues in physics, relativity theory, mathematical physics, systems and control, and in philosophy.

With an average age of twenty-six, 'The Gallant Airmen of Brookwood Military Cemetery' honors fifty-two airmen from seven nations who displayed the highest levels of bravery and gallantry while flying. Awarded the Royal Air Force's highest-flying decorations. They now rest in Brookwood Military Cemetery, Surrey, the largest Commonwealth Military Cemetery in the United Kingdom. Exploring their stories, the book first provides a brief history of the construction and maintenance of the Commonwealth Military Cemeteries and Memorials of the wars of 1914 - 1918 and 1939 - 1945. It explains the Commonwealth War Graves Commission's heritage principles, the eligibility criteria for interment within a War Cemetery, and the history of Brookwood Military Cemetery, its monuments, and memorials. Having considered the Wider origins of military gallantry awards, the author examines the circumstances that led Britain's military to introduce a standardised system of awards for its service personnel, culminating in creating the Distinguished Flying Cross, the Distinguished Flying Medal, the Air Force Cross, and the Air Force Medal for aircrew. The author then explains how, during World War Il, Britain trained its aircrews to defend the realm against the axis powers of evil through implementing the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan. In providing the personal accounts of the fifty-two decorated airmen buried at Brookwood, the author describes the circumstances and training they undertook to become airmen, the commands, and squadrons they served with, the operations they flew, and the battles they fought. Throughout its pages, this book reveals the amazing, and often unbelievable accounts of how they achieved their awards, and the often-inexplicable circumstances in which they lost their lives. This book tells the incredible stories of ordinary men from around the world. Men whose training, instinct, and intuition led them to become heroes of the air. Men who performed extraordinary acts of gallantry, who withstood danger, experienced adversity, suffered misfortune and ultimately came to be buried at Brookwood Military Cemetery. 'They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morningWe will remember them.'Robert Laurence Binyon

The surreal image on the book-cover is by Eli Huerta and depicts an impressionist perception of the Industrial Revolution. The darkening of the air and the water is reminiscent of the opening of the bottomless pit in Revelation and is the reason such imagery was chosen for the cover of this book, as it fits well with its theme. And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. (Revelation 9:2)

Nianell and RianaScheepers also share their experiences. But, probably the most important aspectof this book is to iden¿fy and confrontour own fears. Why are we so scared of death? Is it possible to change our own defini¿on of death so thatwe won't fear our own transi¿on into the hereäer? Wealso look into the poten¿al that develops within each of us,to grow and to transi¿on into the unique soul that you are, when death arrives at your doorstep.
