Gary Falk loved working as a mountain guide. It combined two of his biggest passions: recreating in the mountains and education. In this book, Gary says, "The Grand Teton is an amazing mountain to climb, it juts up from the valley and its view is sublime." Gary died on July 23, 2016 while guiding on the Grand Teton. His stories prompted his friend Peter Ramos to write this children's book in his memory.Gary's greatest joy was his family. His mentorship, sense of humor and loving spirit are sorely missed. All proceeds go toward supporting Gary's widow Kate and their two sons, Anders and Donovan.
