Penulisan ini berfokus pada pengembangan model pembelajaran seni lukis berbasis realitas sosial budaya pada peminatan seni lukis akan menjadi jauh lebih baik dan mudah dalam pembelajarannya. Diharapkan mampu memberikan pembelajaran sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran dalam seni lukis. Dengan demikian, dapat diharapkan mahasiswa tidak hanya mampu berkarya dengan konsep dan metode seni lukis. Untuk mengarah pada sebuah pemahaman dan kesadaran seni sebagai tujuan kehidupan manusia yang lebih baik dalam menyempurnakan kehidupan seorang pelukis dan realitas sosial budaya di dalam kehidupan. Dengan demikian, buku bahan pembelajaran diberikan kepada mahasiswa agar mahasiswa bisa memahami lebih jelas dan mendalam.

Agriculture sector is the foundation on which the structure of Indian economy is built. However lack of economic stability offered by the sector, increase jobs in service sector and increased status consciousness has forced many to stay away from this sector. This scenario led to decrease in the proportion of Indian population engaged in agricultural activities. However this aversion of Indian population especially educated youth towards agricultural activities is witnessing a transition phase at the present, as the increased job insecurity in service and other sectors due to wide range of policy and administrative changes taking place at the international levels, increased work stress. Poor work life balance has created an urge in the Indian youth to take up initiatives to develop a livelihood in the homeland. This search has resulted in taking up the wide range of entrepreneurial opportunities agriculture sector offers by way of value addition and other innovative measures.

Ginger and turmeric can be used as feed additive in rations quail, an active substance in types of zingiberaceae had benefits better for animals, especially the type of quail. Research on the performance of Quail Starter-Grower Period fed commercial feed with the addition of Ginger and turmeric have been conducted over the past five weeks. The purpose of this research is to know the influence feeding numerical form of ginger and turmeric flour against performance of quail starter period until the period of the grower. Quail are used as much as 240 tail two days. The observed variables are the consumption of rations, body weights, FCR, mortality, and depletion. The results showed that each treatment no different real or no effect on the performance of quail starter-grower period. Need to do similar studies with increased percentages given in each, so that they are known to influence the awarding of the ration of flour, ginger and flour are turmeric.

The study aims to investigate Grade Nine students¿ academic performance and their teachers¿ effectiveness from single shift schooling and double shift schooling in selected junior high schools in Angeles City for the school year 2016-2017. It employed descriptive correlation type of research in order to elaborate the difference of single and double shift schooling in terms of teachers¿ teaching effectiveness and students¿ academic performance as well as other factors that affect the academic performance like absenteeism, preferred day of study, participation in the class, mode of transportation, and monthly household income. The participants were comprised of total of 240 grade 9 students from heterogeneous sections and 25 teachers. The respondents were selected by stratified proportional sampling where in 120 respondents from each type of school shift were selected as systematic samples. Findings showed that there was a significant difference between the academic performance of students and teachers¿ teaching effectiveness in single shift and double shift. It also revealed that each type of school shift differs in other factors in the study.

De aceea s-a dezvoltat ideea de conservare osoas¿ la pacientul tân¿r pornindu-se uneori, dac¿ e posibil, chiar de la resurfatarea ¿oldului. Noile generäii de stemuri femurale scurte sunt proiectate s¿ fie cât mai anatomice, cu un stress-shielding cât mai redus, cu o osteointegrare cât mai bun¿ pentru cre¿terea supravie¿uirii implantului.

The relationship between environment and human life is indeed deep and has recognized right from the Vedic period. Furthermore, non-violence towards both animate and inanimate components of environment has been ingrained as a guiding principle in the Indian psyche. By realizing the fact that our life depends on the environment, our ancestors worshiped Panchabhuthas the cosmos (Akasa), Fire (Agni), the sung (Surya) nature gods like mother earth (Bhudevi), Water (Gangama) etc and acted accordingly. The purpose of this short book is to apply Density Functional Theory (DFT) to study the effects of different central metal atoms (Copper, Cadmium and Zinc) on some properties of complexes. The huge and cumbersome ligand used in this book is 2, 2¿-(1, 3, 4-oxadiazole-2, 5-diyl) diphenol. In this book, DFT is used to study some important properties of the metal complexes such as Geometrical, Energetic, Thermochemical, Electronic and vibrational properties. This work aims in analyzing the changes in the behavior of a transmission system upon the addition of compensating devices. The performances of various controllers such as Shunt Capacitor, FACTS (Flexible AC Transmission System) etc. connected to a system are studied. A comparative study is carried out to determine the best controller for a given operating condition. A test case is framed to determine the optimal location for placing FACTS controllers in a long transmission line in order to deliver maximum power and minimize transmission losses and also to enhance the receiving end voltage.

El objetivo de esta obra es interpretar analíticamente los imperativos económicos y resultados polarizantes en México. Se analiza la influencia de la ortodoxia neoclásica en el rediseño de la agenda económica y se sostiene que uno de los principales problemas han sido los patrones de desigualdad. Debido a que la re-mercantilización de la re-estructuración económica ha sido orientada al exterior, ha tenido un limitado impacto social. El desarrollo de vínculos institucionales endógenos no ha sido enfatizado tan fuertemente como lo ha sido la orientación externa de las políticas económicas. Para una gran proporción de firmas, la falta de patrones de innovación no les ha permitido la creación y el sostenimiento de contribuciones innovadoras que revigoricen el mercado doméstico. Asumiendo que el crecimiento económico se daría de una manera más o menos equilibrada, la implementación de la re-estructuración económica ha resultado que los programas gubernamentales no han alcanzado las expectativas originales. En cambio, el surgimiento y ampliación de inequidades y polarización sugiere que los mercados deben ser considerados como inmersos y embebidas dentro de procesos sociales más amplios.

The significance is that many years of the Sixties era are excluded. Indeed, one of the major contributions of this book is to reassemble this greatly neglected part of history, the forgotten years of 1970 to 1976, and to show that, as every time period has a beginning and a build-up, it too must also have a true decline and an end.

Mobile ad hoc networks contain mobile wireless devices that autonomously organize their infrastructure. During this planned work is changing Dynamic source Routing Single path Protocol into Multi-path Routing with construct of Load balancing. . In this book work we are modifying Dynamic Source Routing Single path Protocol into LMP-DSR. In the LMP-DSR we introduce two data structure Route Cache and Load Table. The Source node maintains up to 5 paths in its ROUTE CAHCE which it receives as a result of Route Discovery process. While selecting the route it keeps track of load balancing by checking the count, it maintains in LOAD TABLE for the multiple paths available for the given target. This paper investigated the factors influencing labor productivity in the garment industry in Lao PDR. This study¿s emphasis was on a firm¿s characteristics: labor quality, gender, age, and ownership, using a firms¿ balanced panel data from 2004 to 2006 in Vientiane Capital. In order to investigate these factors, only export firms were used and the Cobb-Douglas production function was employed to obtain the results. At that time, the garment industry is relatively new in Lao PDR, there is a limited amount of published data. The data set for this analysis consists of 38 firms over a period of 3 years (2004-2006), totally it has 114 observations. There are 20 foreign firms among 38 firms in each year. The results show that an increase in 1 percent of the variable labor quality leads to an increase in a firms¿ labor productivity 3.33 percent. This indicates that a firm with a large stock of educated or experienced workers will be more productive than a firm with fewer of these workers. Based on the empirical results of this analysis, it is suggested that labor quality is the most influential factor promoting a firm¿s labor productivity in the garment industry in Lao PDR.

The governance of dermatological health is a line of research that is part of the Division of Social Sciences, discipline of Social Work, area of specialization in adherence to the treatment of diseases and the prevention of accidents, although also the disciplines of sociology, administration, nursing, anthropology and psychology, which are participants in the diagnosis, intervention and evaluation as central axes of the public health agenda with emphasis on the prevention of health risks and the promotion of health and self-care.

Although the findings corroborate the hypotheses about the configuration and determinants of sustainable behavior, the conceptualization of the construct is a sample of the prevalence of theories, concepts, methods and techniques oriented by the prediction of sustainable behavior and its dimensions. However, at the same sustainable behavior it is enriched by measuring its dimensions, setting dependency relationships determinants, specifying measurement model and contrast structures, exclusion socio - cultural variables relating to identity, values, norms, customs, habitus, capitals, representations or discursive fields suggests that the psychology of sustainability moves away from sociology, anthropology and approaches the economy, administration and pedagogy.

Customer equity drivers (CEDs) consist of value equity, brand equity and relationship equity, VE and BE negatively affect brand loyalty intention, whereas brand image and perceived brand value also exert negative effect on brand loyalty intentions of the customer in context of mobile service industry, however relationship equity positively affect brand loyalty intention but in previously published studies it has been shown that the VE, BE, PBV and BI has positive affect on brand loyalty, these effect changes with the change of industry. In this study it has been empirically investigates that why CEDs loyalty link vary in the context of mobile service industry as compare to other service industry where each influence one or two of the three loyalty strategies. Results of the study has clearly represent that the in context of mobile service industry, it affect the effectiveness of specific loyalty strategies as well as brand image and perceived brand value effectiveness towards brand loyalty intentions.

The ecovillage projects were designed for the development of a management and resource management system based on cooperation, barter and reuse as their indicators par excellence. Well, in the context of corporate social responsibility, ecovillages require leadership and a culture based on lucidity because cooperatives have been depleted in their society to lag behind in the commercialization of reusable products. The objective of this paper is to specify two models for the study of ecovillages dedicated to the purchase and sale of cell phones. A non-experimental, cross-sectional, exploratory and comprehensive study was carried out with a sample selection of 10 informants. The results show that ecovillages manage reusable telephony commercialization due to its degree of sophistication rather than from environmental awareness. It is suggested the contrast of both models in different contexts and samples.
