The mission of heavenly tribal messiahs is to realize the ideal family in the original garden of Eden and, going further, to realize the ideal tribe, ideal nation and ideal world. The most fundamental mission in attaining Heavenly Parent's dream is to perfect the ideal family, sought in the garden of Eden through Adam and Eve before the Fall. They must realize the ideal family in its original form, and bring together humanity that has expanded after the Fall and restore it on the tribal level.

The story of Rev. Sun Myung Moon and Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon is a remarkable journey. From the humblest beginnings in occupied Korea, through the war-ravaged countryside of the Korean War, from persecution at home and misunderstanding on a global level, this couple have stood fast to their single-minded vision-to become the True Parents this world so desperately needs.This book began as the material in a timeline display at East Garden, NY., the home base of Rev. and Dr. Moon during their activities in the United States, where they focused their ministry for over 40 years. Tours of the East Garden Estate culminate with this display. In many ways the book outlines the trail of hardship and tears they have been through. It also takes into account the steadfast resolve they have shown to care for the people of the world.They have founded countless humanitarian and research organizations, foundations to further the cause of peace and the arts, and have continued through all these years to stress their utmost committment to the institution of marriage between men and women as the bedrock of global peace. When peace begins in the family, it organically spreads to the community, nation and world. They have called on every single person to heed this call to recognize their own God-given uniqueness and therefore understand their own role, no matter how small or large, in seeing the establishment of Kingdom of Heaven on earth.

Light of Glory is a collection of fictional stories that follow the lives of True Parents, the Rev. Dr. Sun Myung Moon and his wife, Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon, the founders of the Unification Church. Though these stories are not factual, they represent the spirit and experiences of True Parents in their youth.The book is written in four parts with each part referring to True Parents by both their birth names-Sun Myung Moon and Hak Ja Han-and by their respective titles, as they changed throughout their lives. Unificationists have since called him "True Father" and his wife, "True Mother". Eventually, together they came to be known as True Parents. The decision to re-release Light of Glory was made to introduce the heart of True Parents to a new generation of readers, in light of their ongoing ministry.

Our work as a heavenly tribal messiah is interconnected with the story of our life, and they rotate together. While the sun rotates, it also keeps the entire galaxy in order through its interaction with all the planets. And you, as a heavenly tribal messiah, must bring order and organization to everyone in your tribe. Each organization with Heavenly Parent at the center strives continuously to maintain the connection of its relationships. Through the energy gathered from the revolution in those relationships comes the power to rotate and then, from the energy gained by rotation, comes the power for revolution.

God has been working throughout history to bring about a peaceful world. God's Hope for America is that she fulfills her unique destiny: to establish peaceful, God centered individuals, families, communities and a nation that can lead other nations towards building One World Under God.We reignited a national prayer revival by hitting the road to look for people who want to help strengthen America's relationship with God for the sake of the world. We completed a record breaking tour, spanning 48 states in 43 days, stopping at Holy Grounds and classic sites to pray and meet and inspire as many people as we could. We want to remember the founding principles of this country, revive these values within our daily lives and reimagine America fulfilling her God-given destiny to serve the world.

Reverend Sun Myung Moon has often said, "Whoever is con-cerned about the future must look towards the ocean." Although he officially inaugurated Ocean Church in 1980, Reverend and Mrs. Moon had already spent more than a decade of active and intensive fishing upon the ocean. But it was not just for fish that they went to the ocean; it was for intense pray and meditation. From those seasons of hard work in all kinds of severe conditions, they were able to lay the concrete plans which unfolded in the Ocean Church providence. The thirteen speeches and numerous excerpts contained in this volume comprise the essence of Ocean Church thought.Reverend Moon explained that the ocean is not only a classroom; it is also a cathedral. It is not only a place to learn daily realities; it is also a place where little exists that can close the mind and corrupt the heart. Out on the ocean, without the pressures and pretensions of modern life, a young person's heart can unfold naturally. At sea, the elements are much larger than the person. When the sun rises on the ocean, an entire horizon opens up and the mind can aspire to great thoughts. When wave upon wave rocks the boat, the rhythm of life itself begins to beat within the heart. One cannot help but feel part of a grand panorama that has pattern and power, beauty and abundance. There, the presence of God can be keenly felt and clearly known. The restoration of a tribe is the providence to find the lost brothers and sisters and restore them to a position centered on Heavenly Parent. The heavenly tribal messiah couple must fulfill the role of the parents who guide the Abel-realm tribe of their relatives and their Cain-realm brothers and sisters with whom they have formed connections in their neighborhood and mobilization areas, bringing the two together to make one restored tribe. This requires finding ways to fulfill the needs of those in the tribe and help them overcome their deficiencies. If we can do this successfully, the members of our tribe will recognize us, saying, "Our heavenly tribal messiah family is truly a model family with Heavenly Parent as its center! They are the parents who truly love us." When we are recognized by our tribe in this way, it means we have been truly victorious in our mission as heavenly tribal messiahs.

The Rev. Dr. Sun Myung Moon has said that he commissioned the World Scripture series based upon the firm conviction that religions have a key role to play in building a world of lasting peace in the twenty-first century. Heavenly tribal messiahship begins from the spontaneous sense of responsibility to embrace their tribe members as their own children. Heavenly tribal messiahs hope to see tribe members be reborn as mature children who deeply feel the parent-child relationship in our True Parents' and Heavenly Parent's embrace of them. Heavenly tribal messiahs also wish for their tribe members to understand Heavenly Parent's and True Parents' circumstances, hopes and hearts. They hope that their tribe members will learn to see the world from their (Heavenly Parent's and True Parents') standard and point of view and accomplish human salvation and build ideal families and an ideal world. If you live like this, you will one day realize you have come to possess a parent's heart that resembles the hearts of Heavenly Parent and True Parents.

Unification Thought is a powerful key capable of solving any problem, no matter how difficult it may be. When this thought is applied to society, various social problems can be settled. When this Thought is applied to the world, world problems can be realistically solved. And particularly, when it is applied to criticizing Communist theories and theories of evolution, all the contradictions of Communism and Darwinism are brought to light, and a counterproposal can be established. This Thought presents a new view of life, a new view of the world, a new view of the universe and a new view of God's work in history. It is also a principle of integration that can bring different religious doctrines and philosophies into unity, while preserving their diverse characteristics.
