Matter lies like the skin, it moves between genres. Hand Smoothed by Coin is a collection of works that combine and intertwine to form an accumulative portrait of objects moving between art and design. The book presents material extracted from three events: Palimpsest by Fos (Nils Stærk gallery, 2018), After Palimpsest by OK-RM with Fos and Esther Theaker (Them Magazine Issue No. 20, Winter 2018), Hands Smooth by Coins by Fos (Copenhagen Contemporary, 2019). The book is section sewn with an RGB gatefold at its core, presented in a silkscreened PVC jacket holding an 8pp concertina insert.

The Third Hand presents the multi-faceted and experimental practice of Marton Perlaki. It captures the five year period from 2018 to 2023, during which time Perlaki moved from making figurative to abstract work. The title, The Third Hand, refers to an unknown force which, for Perlaki, exerts a quiet but powerful influence over the act of making work. Chance, seductive and unknowable, dictates that even if a series of steps are followed in exactly the same way, the outcome will be different. This potent magic plays a crucial role within his process. The book presents an enquiry; how can you give a concrete form to a practice which is continually reconfiguring itself? The accumulation of twelve discrete sections - individual 'edits' disentangle the strands of Perlaki's deep and rigorous practice whilst demonstrating the ways in which they are intertwined.

Preparation F20 is the fourth in the series exploring narratives around the various 'acts of preparing' leading up to the Alyx show in Paris. This edition features the sculptures of Ewan MacFarlane and the backstage mirror designed in collaboration with Alexander Gerber, OK-RM and Gary Gill. Photographed by Esther Theaker it is the result of a close collaboration both in the shoot and edit. The book features 156 images: 112 in double-black and 44 colour plates with silk-screened cover and embossed textured dust-jacket.

Preparation S20 is the third in series exploring narratives around the various 'acts of preparing' leading up the Alyx show in Paris, this time featuring 1010 Benja SL in his home turf in Kansas City as he prepares the score for the show in Paris. Photographed by Esther Theaker and art-directed by OK-RM it is the result of a close collaboration both in the shoot and edit. The book features 164 images: 144 in double-black and 20 colour plates with a graphite silk-screened cover and embossed textured dust-jacket.
