Tonalization Studies come from a system of scale exercises that make it easier for students to learn the keys as opposed to just learning finger patterns for scales. The scale exercises are setup in a way that encourage the students to think in the keys, often to the point that they can self-correct when they make mistakes. The benefits of the Tonalization Studies include better sight reading, transposition, improvisation, intonation, finger technique, tone, and range. The Tyro Tonalization studies are specifically for students with a range up to the fourth space E. We call these students "Tyro" students and it is the second level of our seven skill level system. Samuel Hahnemann was a German physician who created and introduced homeopathy, a system of alternative medicine which claims that a substance which causes diseases in some individuals can cure it in others.Writing in the early 19th century, Hahnemann set out the principles of homoeopathic medicine in a total of 297 aphorisms. Each of these discussed the various attributes of healing that underpin homeopathy as a method of curing. The notion of 'miasms' as the origin and cause of all chronic disease, and how such can be alleviated, is elaborated upon by the author.Today, homeopathy has been widely discredited, with its methodology and teachings contrasted with established discoveries in biology and chemistry. Numerous studies of homeopathy's efficacy have shown that the results of treatment are no better than placebo. Today, Creole remains the language most commonly used in the home and between Seychellois in all situations. However, most Seychellois are very competent in English. A reasonable command of both languages is extremely useful in Seychelles.

Progression is a positive trait, as long as one keeps in touch with the past and has a staple backdrop to focus or fall back on. Although the Revised Expanded Third Edition contains all the wording and photographs that are reproduced in both the first edition, as well as this Revised and Expanded Second Edition, it comparatively represents a step into what was, for these latter two books, the future. The year 2019, in which I am writing this foreword, represents respectively 30 years and 20 years into the future since the publication of these two books, so I think this faithful reproduction of the Master Version by Q&I Publications is well timed. For some readers it might bring about nostalgia, for others it might be an eye-opener into a world that is not always truthfully represented, due to commercial or other reasons. For the teachers who I interviewed and have been embodied herein, I hope this Master Version will remain a testament into how they wished to be represented for time immemorial.
