Dead Souls (Russian: ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿ ¿¿¿¿, Mjórtvyje dúshi) is a novel by Nikolai Gogol, first published in 1842, and widely regarded as an exemplar of 19th-century Russian literature. The novel chronicles the travels and adventures of Pavel Ivanovich Chichikov (Russian: ¿¿¿¿¿ ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿ ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿) and the people whom he encounters. These people typify the Russian middle-class of the time. Gogol himself saw his work as an "epic poem in prose", and within the book characterised it as a "novel in verse". Despite supposedly completing the trilogy's second part, Gogol destroyed it shortly before his death. Although the novel ends in mid-sentence (like Sterne's Sentimental Journey), it is regarded by some as complete in the extant form.

During the summer of 1839, Queen Victoria heard of a soon-to-be-published novel, which was going to expose a gruesome aspect of her Indian dominions. Intrigued, she summoned Richard Bentley and demanded to see page proofs. Duly delivered to the Queen were the first chapters of a compelling account of ritual murder committed by a thrilling, dark-eyed strangler named Ameer Ali, a character said-to-be based on a real criminal called Feringhea. Later that year, Confessions of a Thug, became the first best-selling Anglo-Indian novel. Interestingly, this work of literature is a part of history as it established the word ""thug"" in the English language.Confessions of a Thug (1839) is a remarkable novel that recounts the life of a thug named Ameer Ali. In the pour of a confession to a white 'sahib', the imprisoned Ameer Ali narrates his life as a devoted follower of Thuggee, a practice of murder and robbery performed in the name of a religious cult. This novel offers a strikingly vivid and thrilling experience written in a simple, straight forward English, which any reader of modern imaginative literature will have absolutely no trouble reading.

This book took a clear picture of analysing the similarities between spiritual life and military life, and even to a point of comparing military positions with different spiritual positions we find in the church today. This book specialises in the topic of spiritual warzone which exists in the spiritual realm. The mission is to give the readers a clear understanding on how the enemy (who is called the devil) is trying to control the world by using weapons that distract, destroy and confuse people living in earth. We have the ability to defeat his weapons with The Lord by our side. God is real and powerful, He created the heaven and the earth; therefore He is the head of all principality and power.

Haleem's real-life from birth to the present has been thwart with discrimination, prejudice, homophobia attacks and fear because of his desire to perform as a female dancer in the classical Indian dance called, Kuchipudi. Based upon this rare and outstanding talent, I managed to form a novel / screenplay utilising every emotion possible i.e., love, hate, anguish, fear, joyfulness and commonly, paternal rejection, which causes many upsets and family disruption. It will make people laugh, cry, feel deep anger and, for those who possess any form of homophobic thoughts, or prejudice against peace-loving Muslims; to look in the mirror and rethink. Because it matters not which sexual direction we are forced into by nature, which religion we believe in, or from which ethnic background we come from, we all remain human beings. This Active story, built around a real person, is an invaluable insight for those who prefer to discriminate before understanding and accepting that humans are just one huge melting-pot of diverse emotions, colours, beliefs, and sexual feelings. It will entertain the reader whilst giving the reader a sense of affinity to those who exist in such minorities. Who are bullied and terrorised for their diversities, are forced to hide their true identities, but still manage to put smiles on our faces, entertain us and prove to us through their art, how wrong we all are to discriminate against those who are different?
