Flight of No Return, the third book in the Brett Raven Mystery Trilogy, is a tale of murder and intrigue. Brett's wife Annie is kidnapped and held for a $2 million ransom. He finds himself in a position where he cannot notify the police, leaving him with only one choice. He engages his old friends Enrique and Manny to help him get Annie back. The trail takes Brett in his private plane on flights to Death Valley and New York City, where he finds he must avoid two homicide detectives who are investigating a murder that took place in the hotel room where Annie had been held hostage. Just as he did in Flight of Betrayal and Flight of Deception, Brett uses planning and cunning to bring a successful conclusion to the final story in the Mystery Series.
The first book in the Brett Raven Trilogy, Flight of Betrayal, left Brett and Annie facing an interesting and serious dilemma which they seek to resolve in Flight of Deception. They don't want to be accused of being accomplices to a huge insurance fraud stemming from a small plane crash in Baja, Mexico. Both they and a woman named Maria Russo received over five million dollars of insurance benefits. Before they can vindicate themselves and return the money, Brett and Annie need to get their hands on Maria's payout. Brett and Annie must find Maria and her husband and devise a plan to get hold of their five million. The plan to recover the lost money takes Brett, Annie, and a group of colleagues on an adventure in a private jet plane across the country and offshore to the Bahamas. It becomes a brain game, one which they are up to playing, but not without having to dodge obstacles along the way.
Brett Raven is an unlikely detective. He is a dentist and a private pilot who proves to be smart, resourceful, and courageous as he uses his dental forensic skills and aviation knowledge to decipher the clues of a mysterious plane crash that killed his airplane co-owner in Baja, Mexico.
