In 1978, I began to develop Formalized Mentoring Programs to overcome the shortcomings of "do-your-own-thing" mentoring. I've helped over 150 organizations in business and education to collaboratively plan Programs that ensure intended benefits are produced for proteges, their mentors and the sponsoroing organization.
