Customer Service is a crucial part of every business enterprise. This book aims to introduce the concept of customer service to small and medium-scale African businesses, by mirroring the practices of successful firms across the world. Every business organization and establishment has customers. All organizations are run by people who interact face to face or through electronic means with their clients. Business firms provide goods and services to clients in order to make a profit while Public organizations are set up to execute the social, health, economic, legal, and infrastructural agenda of the government. Non Governmental Organizations are also established to provide diverse services for non-profit. All the organizations mentioned above have one thing in common (although they might have different value bases), they are run by human beings and promote human interactions. Human interactions are enjoyable when excellent customer service is practiced.
