The kidnappers from Tecate, Mexico stated that unless the ransom is paid, and paid immediately, Bill will be sent back to VMS and GRF in little pieces. And, also Mrs. Marrianne Campbell-Smith who just so happens to be the daughter-in-law of the quite famous, world renown and extremely generous, Joan IRVINE Smith, was kidnapped as well.
