Leaving devastation, destruction and broken lives everywhere in her path. With the constant coverage in the media She was a storm that changed a nation and produced an impact that was unrivaled by any other catastrophe before known to the people of America. "After The Storm" is a fictional representation of the problems that resulted from a city who opened their arms to the downtrodden, disenfranchised and homeless survivors.
