Master Baker, Autumn Flowers has just won the lotto jack pot. Although his bakery is successful, putting two kids through college has led to more than one refi over the years...so he can use the money. Unfortunately, after hiding the winning ticket, a tumble down the staircase turns Autumn's lucky day into: Autumn's lucky ten minutes. But Autumn's untimely demise doesn't mean he's baked his last cranberry muffin. Emily Flowers' reaction to the unexpected death of her husband (of 52 years) seems odd to her family. They were all aware of her worsening memory issues, but under the circumstances, Emily's current happy-go-lucky persona suggests: something worse may be brewing. However, no one realizes: Emily is keeping a secret. Jamie Childress has enjoyed baking since she was very young. However, that endeavor was routinely discouraged by her highbrow parents; wealth and power is their mantra. And so it should be with their daughter. Now, having become a young and (some would say) an overly aggressive real estate executive, Jamie is asked to sell Autumn's recently shuttered bakery. Sounds like "a piece of cake" to Jamie, but life is about to get weird. Mixing a pinch of wisdom with a dash of humor the specter of an elderly baker will try to save his home and business by befriending the young and hard-nosed executive...but is that the right recipe?
