After an unsuccessful confrontation against a powerful new foe called, Bloodmaker, Usagi finds himself in another town training with a team of people with superpowers ran by his mother Kaguya Jones who was thought to be dead for four years. Usagi must train to get a better understanding of his powers meanwhile Zone City is taking effect on the whole Bloodmaker situation. The city needs Bio-Stream more than ever now.
