Ledelsesstrategi bøger


Som leder vil du komme ud for mange problemstillinger og du bliver nød til at være forberedt. Bøgerne om ledelse og strategi, har en stor variation af forskellige, ledelsesmetoder og ledelsesstil. Derfor handler det også om hvilket menneske du egentlig er og hvilken ledelsesstrategi der passer dig bedst. For hvis det er din egen virksomhed, er det trods alt vigtigt, at de afspejler dine værdier inden for ledelse. Selvfølgelig med måde, det handler jo også om som sagt, at skabe plads til medarbejdere så de også kan give deres egne ideer. Der er meget i at være leder og det er ikke bare en jobtitel. Du skal finde ud af hvilken ledelsesstil der passer dig og dit team bedst, baseret på de værdier som i alle består af i helhed. Det kan være rigtig svært, at nå forbi dette punkt og derfor er bøgerne altså rigtig gode til, at dykke ned i. De er fyldt med gode råd og vejledninger til hvordan du kan skabe overskuelighed i processen og finde den rette stil for dig og organisationen.  Altså burde bøgerne kunne hjælpe dig på vej med, at finde ud af hvilken stil du skal vælge, og med gode råd til hvordan du undgår den dårlige ledelsesstil. Det er den fælde som mange falder i, for trods alt er det jo teorier og fakta, som du selv skal sætte i aktion. Derfor handler det også om, at teste dem af først og se hvilken effekt de har på arbejdet og effektiviteten. I Danmark  har vi også oftest en organisationsstruktur som består af åben kommunikation fra den f.eks. dem der sidder i kundeservice til lederen af virksomheden.
